Here I am about 7 Days into my weight loss journey with my beautiful friend Lisa…weighing way too much and aching to be free of the body I no longer want!

Here I am in the same shirt with my husband about 4.5 weeks in and 20 pounds later…..you might not see it but I can already see a difference in my face! (Ignore the crappy cell phone picture quality)

Holding a nearly 30 pound bag of dog food!  Why you ask?  Well, here I am at 6 weeks in and 30.4 pounds down….while in the grocery store I decide to get the hubby to snap another crappy cell phone pic….this time of me showing off just how much weight I’ve lost!  I couldn’t believe how heavy that darn bag was! Take note of the snazzy new running shoes…they were my 30 pounds down reward!
